Our menu is prepared from scratch daily by our talented culinary team.
Chef Joshua Huffman is no stranger to the Central Indiana dining scene. A frequest guest chef in the popular Chef's Night Off series, Joshua laid his culinary roots in St. Louis where he was trained in the cuilnary arts at L'Ecole Culinaire and then at the popular restaurant Farm. After returning to his home state, he furthered his knowledge of Mexican cuisine at Mass Ave's Bakersfield. Joshua and his team prepare all our food from scratch and pride themselves on making "Mexican food you would expect, but done in an unexpected way."
